As a distinguished member of the 24th Common of Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS), he has held influential positions within federal and provincial departments, including Senior Member of the Board of Revenue. With a proven track record, including roles such as Additional Chief Secretary (South Punjab), Secretary of Primary and Secondary Healthcare, and Director-General of the Lahore Development Authority, Zahid Akhtar Zaman’s leadership is widely respected and invaluable to Punjab’s governance.

Liaqat Ali Chattha is the respected Commissioner Rawalpindi Division, known for his exemplary leadership and extensive administrative experience. With a deep commitment to public service, he oversees the affairs of the region, ensuring its progress and welfare. Liaqat Ali Chattha’s strategic vision and effective decision-making earned him an unspoken respect from masses. His efforts for reviving the gymkhana culture are evident from the fact that he has established 7 Gymkhana clubs in different districts across the Punjab Province.
The Deputy Commissioner District Jhelum
Capt. (r) Sami Ullah Farooq
Capt. (r) Sami Ullah Farooq is the esteemed Deputy Commissioner of District Jhelum, recognized for his outstanding leadership and notable achievements. He has undertaken many beautification and public interest initiatives across the Jhelum District including Municipal Waste Management and establishment of District Public School Jhelum among others. With an illustrious career in public service, he has demonstrated unwavering dedication and a strong commitment to the betterment of the community. With a strong focus on environmental conservation and sustainable development, Jhelum district achieved a remarkable feat by surpassing the previous record of planting 26,000 saplings in a single day, with the successful plantation of 40,000 new saplings in a single day. Capt. (r) Sami Ullah Farooq brings vast administrative experience from his previous roles as the Deputy Commissioner Muzaffargarh, Hunza and Gilgit, further enhancing his ability to lead and make a positive impact in Jhelum.
